SUMMARY:

  • The IS&T Retail Systems team is looking for a qualified Systems Engineer experienced with software and hardware support for retail stores. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a focused team and work collaboratively with other groups to make a significant impact on our retail stores.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • More than 2 years of professional experience in a customer support role for software and/ or hardware.
  • Knowledge of ITIL (Incident and Request management) - Certified in foundation V3/ V4.
  • Experience with ticket management tools and data analytics (ServiceNow, Tableau, etc)
  • Good experience in supporting macOS, iOS and peripheral devices such as Printers, scanners, and payment devices.
  • Experience in programming and excellent debugging skills (GO, python, SQL, etc) desirable.
