Seeking a Level 2 Support Engineer which will be responsible for maintain on-premises systems on customer sites. The day-to-day activities includes diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems as part of Cyber Intelligence solutions and products. The role will emphasize on legacy products together with new product platform including open-source technologies with micro services environment. The position will require a high degree of coordination with the customer and the company's engineering, services, laboratory, R&D operations, and business teams.

Requirement

• At least 3 years' experience in R&D / technical support / professional services or similar
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering is a plus
• Ability to understand and analyse complicated, multidisciplinary, and distributed systems
• Experience with operating systems: Linux and Windows
• Working over on-prem environment
• Experience with NetApp, VMware
• Experience with Networking

Good to have:

• Knowledge and experience in problem solving with Kibana, Prometheus and Grafana is a plus
• Knowledge and experience in problem solving with Micro services environment like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
• Experience with SQL databases
• Experience with BigData, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Flink
• Knowledge and understanding of CD/CI processes
• Knowledge of scripting like: Ansible, bash, python
