Responsibilities

• Oversee the landscape management operations of properties with a team of internal officers and outsourced contractors.
• Involve in project management, budget planning, vendor management, tendering and management of contracts, as well as monitoring performance KPI of contractors.
• Assist to plan for future resource and maintenance cost optimization for current/future projects in the pipeline.
• Perform landscape design reviews submitted by consultants and contractors with the Facilities Management team during the design and construction stage.
• Recommend, advice and implement outsourcing strategies, review and devise improvements for processes and procedures to enhance building operations, customer/public satisfaction and engagement.
• Required to perform site inspections of properties / landscape facilities and to follow up on appropriate actions.
• To perform maintenance contract management, crafting specifications which includes reviewing the standard, schedule and requirement of maintenance, schedule of rates and derive ways to ensure managing agents and service providers carry out their maintenance work.

Requirements

• Degree / Master holder from recognized university
• Above 3 years of landscaping working experience in Singapore
• Familiar with landscape and horticulture facilities especially vertical greenery knowledge
• Understanding of benchmarks, guidelines and standards such as Green Mark and Energy Trends and Conservation
