Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for understanding business processes and identifying business requirements and translate into functional specifications
- Track and report project progress, issues and risks to ensure deliverables are on track
- Support multiple applications systems and platforms
- Adhere to company, project and support standards and guidelines
Requirements:
- At least 4 years working experience in delivering and supporting IT applications
- At least 1 year of experience working in an agile scrum development team
- Domain knowledge in dynamic pricing strategies and product packaging is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication with emphasis in technical writing skills
