Job Description
- Review and recommend on contract terms for construction and property projects
- Audit sub contracts to ensure conformance
- Advise on property asset, JV and divestment transactions
- Drafting on non disclosure agreements and processes
- Advice on main and sub contracts pertaining to construction dispute
- Formulate contractural responses to project tender
Requirement
- Degree related to law
- Experience in Legal / law service, specialize in construction and property industry within Singapore
- Experience in construction contract process
- Familiar with Singapore Regulation
(Candidate without Singapore working experience will not be shortlisted)
