• Ensure that all Marine trades executed are successfully booked, affirmed internally with the Traders
• Monitoring of physical exposure, and ensuring that hedges are in place
• Assist with confirmations of Term/Spot nominations for various ports to manage exposure/barge scheduling
• Assist with maintenance of a quality management system for Marine
• Assist with vessel clearance to adhere to internal policies and procedures
• Interact professionally and confidently with team members and customers to facilitate efficient confirmation processing and issue resolution
• Manage documentation work for dispute resolution
• Multitasking and working under pressure

Qualifications

• Analytical, critical thinking and decision making skills in a fast paced environment
• Meticulous and detailed with numbers
• Effective communication skills with team members
• Minimum Diploma
