What you will be doing:

  • You will work with marketing team to implement the social media and digital/Web strategy via multiple platforms ranging from Facebook, Twitter, other online communication
  • It'll be your job to keep a keen eye on current trends, collaborate with agencies on social media campaign and recommend digital media opportunities.
  • At the same time managing daily social media activities including content creation, In-APP push notification, company news update, online promotion campaigns and community outreach across various social media.
  • You will manage company community group, respond to open-source inbounds (questions and support requests) from community members and divert support requests to the appropriate team.
  • You will be ready to drive engagement on communication channels such as Telegram - engage with announcements, add energy and personalities


You will have:

  • experience in managing social platforms including Telegram, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt new information and technologies
