• Implement inventory specific savings levers such as vendors stocking, supplier managed, consignment programs along with managing proper stocking levels
• Implement processes to monitor stakeholder satisfaction, using Down Time Waiting for Parts, Unplanned Zero Bin Report and Change Control Board Process
• Work with direct and cross functional team to implement/execute global strategic plan for frontend manufacturing project
• Responsible for providing input to leaders on implementing dept. strategies, processes and policy through actives participants on teams and projects
• Monitor and support production service level, includes Safety Stocks and Recorder Point adjustments and materials obsolesces
• Actively participant in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Manage delivery schedule and order release / ensure materials fulfilled
• Support pull in request that has impact to wafer loading and expedite deliveries
• Block materials due to quality issues, release or reorder

Interface with Stakeholders, Procurement Partners and Supplier on (Materials Management Strategies)

• Ensure requirement are met
• Sustain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Communicate requirements and expectations to leaders and external stakeholders

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
• 3 - 5 year of experience in management services and supplies involved in supporting projects and order fulfilment management
• Ability working with various internal and external stakeholders in supporting
• Meticulous with good organizational, problem solving and administrative skills
