• To design and develop equipment which meets customer requirements and / or the need of oil field industry by performing the following engineering activities.
• Prepare manufacturing drawings, design layouts and documentations which meet engineering standards to enable the manufacturing group and other departments to produce and market the Company's products.
• Ensure full integration of all products (Pressure containing, Fabrication, XT Tooling and Suspension groups) into XT packages under the guidance of more senior engineers to meet customer's requirements and / or industry's standards.
• Close collaboration with Systems Engineering team and other Work packages (subsea control, manifold, connector etc) to ensure successful project execution.
• Use CAD (ACAD & 3D Inventor) in the preparation of machining drawings and/or general arrangement layouts.
• Work within stated procedures to ensure that design records / controls are maintained. Review, analyze and give disposition for non-conformance
• Basic knowledge with CAD software AUTOCAD, AUTODESK INVENTOR
• Basic knowledge with MS World, Excel and Power point
• Basic knowledge of FEA, ABAQUS and MathCAD or other calculation tools
• Degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent
