Job Description
Multimedia Designer

• Design and animate creative graphics and produce and edit videos as content for digital platforms (i.e. social media channels/website, etc)
• Conceptualize, plan, script videos/narratives, and design 2D and 3D motion graphic video segments based on creative and project briefs
• Create HTML 5/digital assets for email, social, display banner, digital signage and website. (HTML 5 coding knowledge required)
• Collaborate with the various stakeholders to help develop content and translate them into print, digital, and social media assets for marketing campaigns
• Conceptualise, draft, design and produce artwork, illustrations and graphics for various corporate, sales and marketing collaterals as well as managing a depository of marketing collaterals for global offices.
• Ability to write content, captions and/or copywrite to support visuals, social media posts, etc will be a bonus.
  
  Marketing Specialist
• Execute and manage regular social media posts and/or email management and campaigns.
• Manage and monitor campaign performances on digital platforms, if required.
• Good understanding of HubSpot CRM and marketing automation platform; ability to provide assistance and training to existing/new users
• Manage dashboards and reports in order to measure all aspects of the business including database cleanliness, revenue performance, pipeline contribution, lead management and overall business performance.
• Provide efficient sales administration support eg regional sale reports, sales meeting, documentations, reports generation, meetings, sales toolkits, sales presentations, quotations, etc
• Manage other marketing duties and other ad-hoc assignment as it arises.
  
  Qualifications:
• Relevant Diploma or Degree in Design, Graphic Design or Visual Communication, mass communications with min 5 years' relevant work experience as a Visual Designer, UI/UX Designer and/or Marketing & communication role
• Strong proficiency in latest design software, image editing and technologies (Adobe Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc)
• Well-versed in both print and digital knowledge of HTML5/CSS, JavaScript, etc
• Hands-on experience in CMS/CRM/automation/project management systems such as Wordpress, HubSpot, Asana, etc
• Demonstrate ability to juggle multiple projects at a time and meet deadlines.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and ability to understand and translate requirements into creative designs for different market segments
• Possess copywriting and photography skills a bonus
• Ability to work to challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to visual details, and an eye of design and concepts
• Good writing skills and an eye for graphic design - ability to communicate a concept through a cohesive narrative while understanding tone of voice, and look and feel
• Excellent communication skills, a team player, ability to multitask, has good time management
