Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate networks environment
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and other network and system problems.
• Network configuration for change request
• Manage documentation

Requirement

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience on enterprise Network and Firewall support
• Network certifications such as CCNA or CCNP
• Experience on networking basics, CISCO & Palo Alto
• Ability to diagnose WAN/LAN network devices such as routers, switches, firewall, VPN and ACL
