Job Description
Maximizes network performance by monitoring performance; troubleshooting network problems and outage.
Provide infrastructure maintenance support for problem management and incident escalation
Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date LAN/WAN/DC/Wireless topology database, technological roadmaps and hardware life-cycle updates and inventories.
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
Perform troubleshooting analysis of network infrastructure and associated systems, such as routers, switches, F5 load balancers, Palo Alto firewall, Cisco ASA firewall, Cisco Sourcefire IPS, Infoblox DHCP/DNS, Cisco ISE and associated software tools.
Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
Reporting network operational status by gathering, prioritizing information; managing projects
Network documentation and policy compliance
Perform analysis of network needs and contributes to design, integration, and installation of hardware and software.

Requirements
At least 5 years experience in network design, troubleshooting, operational support, implementation and administration.
Good knowledge and understanding of MPLS, OSPF, BGP, Spanning Tree, VLAN Routing and Switching.
Good knowledge of network security, VPN and dynamic routing.
Knowledge in vendor management such like negotiation of pricing, vendor quotation, etc
Knowledge in IPS, Firewall, sandbox, SDN technologies is a plus.
Knowledge or working Experience with networking in public clouds
Good knowledge of Cisco products
CCNA or CCNP routing and switching is good to have.
