Onsite Informaton Technology Engineer
Responsibilities:
- To provide IT support level 1-2 via phone and email
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and questions
- To log, record and keep track of customer cases, events and problems
- To direct or escalate unresolved issue to the next level support personnel
Requirements:
- A Degree , Diploma or relevant field of studies
- 3 years of experience in helpdesk, desktop or IT support function
- Ability to diagnose, support and troubleshoot IT issues
