Responsibilities:

• Support assigned team functions on operational execution - including data analytics, QA process support, business insights collateral generation & documentation
• Manage global governance meeting forums and drive actions for operational process improvement with assigned leaders
• Support basic data information extraction from data sets and present to stakeholders through visual graphs
• Able to independently track and manage the teams business and process related documents & process maps
• Support QA audit process and generate assist report generation on an ongoing basis
• Communicating with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements
• Lead team engagement initiatives and able to plan/conduct events for team regionally

Requirements:

• BA or BS in Business or with equivalent practical experience
• Good relationship management skills and proactive attitude
• Experience of producing robust, credible business cases for operational change
• Previous experience in managing business functions and process independently
• Possess Google docs & MS Powerpoint, basic Excel skills
