• Ensure delivery of consistent high service standards to external and internal customers in a hospital environment
• Proactively handle feedbacks and conduct necessarily follow up to resolve any concern
• Participate in reviewing, conceptualizing and implementing Kaizen (work improvement) project, quality circle, process and service improvements project
• Able to lead and manage a team and provide guidance to staff for consistent work performance
• Identify and resolve operational challenges encountered by ground staff
• Oversee the training and development needs of staff
• Able to lead or support cross-functional project teams to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency
• Participate in hospital and/or departmental activities and functions
• Degree in any discipline
• Preferred with relevant experience in Hospital General Services / Environmental Services
