Roles & Responsibility

• Work closely with technical and client management to ensure implementation of database management and support tools for complex business application development requirements and processes in accordance with latest enterprise direction (e.g., diverse development platforms, technological environments, software, hardware and tools).
• Consult with IT staff and clients to determine the impact of new or revised applications on information architecture. Consult with clients to determine information management requirements.
• Troubleshoot errors and repair failure (Dubug systems, analyze logs, enhance systems)
• Request service and work with HAE or Development companies
• Report system status on-time
• Provide necessary technical advice to production/logistcics/quality/etc. managers for decision making in topics related manufacturing system
• Receive requests from final users about system modifications or new functionalities and evaluate the feasibility of the requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology/Industrial Engineering or relevant disciplines
• 1 to 5 years of experience in Quality (Necessary), MES/Logistics (Optional)
• Experience with SQL Server security framework and Active Directory
• Knowledge of Oracle 11g, 10g, 12C , MSSQL & MySQL
• Knowledge of Database security, Windows & Linux (shells/batch), Oracle & MySQL Clusterware, Native backups
