This role reports to the Head of Planning (Downstream).
To fulfil both internal and external customers' Cut And Bend demands by scheduling , synchronizing, monitoring production operations and optimizing materials to minimize yield loss and coil consumption.
Align order demand and maximize throughput by closely monitoring production shifts' status and balance and also materials required for each production run.
Control production shift plans with committed delivery dates after grouping and assignment of orders to the different machines.
Forming of internal and external delivery loads, and sequencing of deliveries to maximize logistics resource utilization.
Monitor execution of production and delivery plan to continuously improve plan to minimize variance
Diploma in Supply Chain Management with experience as a Production Planner /Supply Chain Planner
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Supply Chain Management.
Good knowledge in SCM, construction project management and steel products
Good IT knowledge and experience in using SCM software, e.g. Quintiq or equivalent
Experience in Construction/Precast industry
