Job Description
- Responsible for dealing façade packages and precast façade component which is under the core contract.
- Coordinate between architects, consultants, and contractors for the development of a workable façade system that is sustainable in performance, as well as a feasible maintenance and rectification system after handing over.
- Synchronization with Architectural, Structural and M&E teams to ensure smooth interfacing.
- Scheduling and managing work programmes and executing tasks on time and on target.
- Manage all stakeholders on a higher level, between client, consultants, sub-contractors and other trades, certify compliance to schedule, quality and specifications.
- Diploma / Degree / Master holder
- Precast/Architectural / Facade experience within Construction industry in Singapore
- Familiar in the precasting technology
