A leading video surveillance company is on the search to passionate and motivated Presales Lead to join their regional team in Singapore.
In this role, you will be key to company's success! You will lead and manage a Presales team across APAC region and work closely with the sales team to increase sales in the region.

• Being the go to technical expert and back up for sales team and partners
• Analyze, demonstrate and sell technical solutions to customers
• Articulate technology and position the products to business and technical end users in a easy way so non-technical person could understand
• Being technical coach to your presales team, internal stake holders, sales team and partners
• Develop and deliver different technical solution presentation/demonstration/proposal to customer
• Drive team readiness managing the hiring process timely, conducting performance reviews, coaching and developing technical skills to your team members
• Manage, lead important projects and provide instructions, guidance and advice to the experienced project team members to make sure the delivery of quality outcomes
• Collaborate with sales and marketing team to organize demand generating activities in tradeshows, marketing event and customer workshops
• Deliver and drive strategic initiatives in the functional areas

To be successful in this role, you should have

• 8 years of relevant experience with IT-engineering background with working experience in IP networks and Windows platforms
• Bachelor degree in IT/Computer Science
• Ability to communicate and articulate technical terms to technical and on technical users
• Proactive and stay updated with the latest VMS technologies
• Strong leadership skills with capability to manage a team of 5-10 presales
• Strong analytical skills
• Self-motivated and competitive
• Strong communication skills and able to engage with people at all levels
