• Involve in new product development initiatives
• Liaise with both internal and external parties for technical issues and process enhancement projects
• To support product development and as well as production
• In charge to ensure all update of operating procedure and PID / EIA diagram
• Establishment of a process monitoring tool (parameters, performance, productivity, analysis
• Take part of operating excellence improvement processes and initiatives (5S, CEDAC, SMED, DMAIC)
• Assist Operating Manager in establishing new production processes
• Perform project feasibility study, introduce new manufacturing activities and new techniques to the main manufacturing plant
• and its subsidiaries
• Lead, analyse, communicate and extend technical assistance to solve problems and work closely with cross functional team member
• Use 6 sigma methodology to continuous improvement process study for productivity, efficiency and quality
• Support in spare parts management, conduct evaluation on new machinery / equipment for process capability and quality assurance
• Degree in Engineering with experience working in a plant environment.
