• Working closely with the production team, supplies and logistics service providers to ensure availability of products to meet with demand forecasts, and to resolve logistics issues if any.
• To manage supply continuity in ensuring timely delivery of customer demand.
• Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
• Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
• Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations
• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
• Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports
• Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff
• Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
• Responsible for all inbound/outbound of logistics and shipments of the manufacturing site which includes liaising with headquarter plant, freight forwarders ensuring a smooth import or export flow.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving of goods to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
• Assist with physical inventories to insure on-hand inventory is accurate.
• Manage commercial related issue including managing customer orders, invoices and receipts.
• To develop and provide all reporting needs to ensure smooth supply chain operations
• To analyze processes to identify gaps, propose improvements
• Responsible in building and monitoring the right key performance indicators
• Overall supply chain management
• Participate in logistic process flow improvement projects
• Degree or Diploma in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or equivalent with relevant experience
