Responsibilities

• Establish and execute project plan together with the overall Project Manager
• Support the management of assigned workstream progress, stakeholders and risks to ensure that overall project meets the agreed scope, quality, budget and schedule.
• Supporting project tracking, documentation and necessary audit requirements.
• Manage collaboration with various related project and workstream teams including stakeholders.
• Support regular reporting to management and key stakeholders on progress of the assigned workstream; highlighting risks and propose mitigation actions and follow-up.
• Working closely with project vendor to facilitate and manage respective meeting platforms and forums.
• Prepare and review specifications, tender evaluation and procurement where necessary pertaining to assigned workstream

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in project management or planning
• Experience in agile development and largescale projects preferred
