- Implement ServiceNow IT service management (ITSM) features and modules as per company requirements.
- Propose additional modules/features that will be required to meet requirements from ServiceNow users/department.
- Provide bi-weekly updates to the Company on enhancements, issues and resolution matters.
- Project tracking to ensure enhancement timelines are met.
- Work closely with Functional Developers to handle any changes to project scope.
- Provide administrative support on IT Service delivery and management related matters.
- Support and maintenance of the IT Service Management tool.
- Plan, test and deployment enhancement to the IT Service Management Tool as approved by the management.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ITSM project management.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow is a must.
- Possesses project management experience.
- Capable of analyzing the current requirements and provide recommendations on improving/enhancing ITSM tool.
- Individual contributor who is also able to work well in a team.
