The role involves in supporting various system project undertaking to enhance the operational efficiency of the organization.Ensure all project investment is tracked accordingly. Support, guide and oversees other functional project managers.
Job Description
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for smooth execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop PMO structure for all project types (SAP, non-SAP & Infra) and guide functional PMs on running projects, monitor and track progress according to PMO guidelines and structure.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Business/Finance administration or equivalent work experience
- Min. 10 years working experience in project management and experienced in setting up PMO function.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a must. Certified Scrum Master is a plus.
- Proven working experience in executing 2 full cycle of SAP projects. (ECC or S4 HANA migration) experience is a plus.
