Job Description
- Responsible for end-to-end completion of a Property project from site acquisition to product delivery
- Selection of Main/Sub Con
- Land acquisition, feasibility, commercial assessment
- Product design development, unit sizing, unit mix
- Selection of all materials, fixtures, furnishing, finishes, appliances
- Site Inspection, meeting with construction team to ensure smooth progression
- Variations out of Design & Construction (D&C) Contract
- Construction, design management and oversight
- Acquiring all government authority approvals, licenses
- Planning of Schedule and Handing over of units for new development (after TOP).
- Handing over to MA and vendor upon completion
Requirement
- Degree holder
- Above 4 years of relevant experience within Property developer / Construction industry
- Familiar with local property development process and requirement
- Experience in full cycle of property development
Candidate without Singapore working experience will not be shortlisted
