Job Description
- Carry out quantities taking off
- Assist in evaluate of quotation and costing summary for approval prior tender submission
- Prepare, draft and review contractual claims, cost, EOT, Works Order and Variation Orders
- Prepare and finalization of subcontract document (incorporate all contract and technical requirements)
- Prepare procurement and sub-contract schedule
- Ensure submission of bonds/warranties from sub-contractors
- Prepare payment claims and provide substantiation for VO for valuation
- Prepare monthly payment certificate, check invoices against delivery order
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree holder
- Above 1 years of QS experience in Singapore within Construction or ID industry
- Familiar with Singapore Regulation
(Candidate without Singapore working experience will not be shortlisted)
