Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with local business teams to become a functional expert in B2B processes for SMEs, large corporations, and educational institutions.
  • Establish credibility as a trusted advisor by understanding business requirements and offering thoughtful options for consideration.
  • Facilitate discussions and workshops with regional stakeholders, encouraging open communication and cooperation among different business teams.
  • Focus on recommending process innovation and efficiencies through analysis of current state processes, user experience, industry trends, and leading-edge technology.
  • Understand and document regional nuances of both current and future state processes.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for global stakeholders overseeing the Salesforce program.
  • Contribute to defining the regional roadmap for Salesforce program rollout.
  • Provide advice on Salesforce best practices.
  • Support data readiness for system rollout, including preparing data for migration.
  • Assist in change management and training needs for future state processes.



Skills:

  • B2B channel sales proficiency, including Enterprise and Education sectors. Experience in sales operations, partner management, and enablement.
  • Business analyst experience in enterprise-scale CRM and PRM projects, with understanding of Salesforce Platform functionality.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to draft business requirements for organizational needs.
  • Independent worker with judgment and initiative. Collaborative, flexible, and trustworthy.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and influencing skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in process documentation tools (Miro, Omnigraffle, Visio, etc.) and project management software (Wrike, etc.).



Education & Experience:

  • BS or equivalent degree in discipline related to the role, with relevant 8-10 years of experience.
