My client is a fast-growing start up, a value added solutions partner supporting AI and IoT companies, looking for a Regional solution Engineer to support their APAC operations
Responsilbilities:
- Provide 30% pre-sales engineering support and 70% post-sales support
- Prepare technical sales support documents.
- Ensure customer's feedbacks are addressed
- Present training seminars on-site and through webinars
- Preparation of proposals and information to customers
- On-site Proof of Concept and trial execution
- Provide in-depth on-site troubleshooting and solutions
- Work cohesively with Regional Sales Managers and sales support
- Other Ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Singaporeans Only
- Proficient in networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Routers, Switches, VPN's, Cybersecurity, etc.)
- Prior experience in CCTV, Access control, Biometrics will be preferred.
- Solid technical writing skills, white paper, manuals and instructions
- Sound documentation skills of schematics, flow charts, topologies and metrics
