Responsibilities:

• Facilitate customer service team with regulatory requirements for orders
• Evaluate customer licenses for legality and appropriateness
• Perform routine and ad-hoc license maintenance
• Ensure alignment between control drug tax invoice and sign order after delivery
• Maintaining HSA permit application log
• Generating list of customers licenses with short expiry date within the next month
• Ensure no discrepancies in documentation
• Maintain items expiry date
• Handling of regulatory billing
• Any other duties assigned

Requirement:

• Diploma in science relevant field
• Good understanding in relevant local regulation on distribution of health products.
• Understanding of SAP system will be a advantageous
