Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for all company's enquiries and pre to post sales activities
• Understanding customer's requirements and represent company in promoting its medical/healthcare services
• Responsible for client education and offering detailed explanation of contract agreement
• Attend to walk in customers enquiries

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or retail operations
• Good communication skills with interest in medical/healthcare industries
