Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of distributors' and customers' orders
• Arrange shipment for customer orders
• Advise distributors and subsidiaries on stock availability
• Co-ordinate with Japan on new part numbers creation
• Checking of Dist/M.D Monthly PSI report to update actual sales
• Updating of monthly reports for sales/order received records
• Provide quotation to distributors
• Perform other administration duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Diploma with minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Candidate with Science background is a plus
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Able to work with minimal supervision
