Client is a life science/healthcare company and is currently looking for a sales executive or sales account manager to be part of our team. This candidate will take charge of diagnostic/hospital market for both consumable and laboratory equipment products.
- Explore new customers and business opportunities
- Conduct sales and development sales/business portfolio
- Maintain customer relationships
- Handle products shipments and liaise with admin to deliver to end users
- Serve as a key contact point between internal staff/head to end users
- Collect competitive market intelligence
- Support customers enquiries and resolve any issues
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Prepare quotations, send sales orders, delivery orders and invoices to end users
- Monitor and do hospital tenders biddings
- Continuous improvement on products knowledge
- Sales assigned areas: hospitals and government healthcare sectors
Minimum requirements
- At least diploma or degree (field in life science/medical science/healthcare essentials)
- At least similar working experience is required
- Candidate must commit to at least 2 years in this position (critical)
- Must be meticulous, able to handle pressure, volume work and other ad-hoc duties as required
