Keys Accountabilities:
- Responsible to develop Sales, strategic planning process, customer service analytics to support activity of region operational marketing to ensure alignment with global marketing plan including direct sales and distributors markets
- Be able to analyse the region systematically and thoughtfully identifying the reasons for the region's performance
- Understanding competitive intelligence positioning, research to develop segment value propositions on marketing planning.
- Manage processes and programs to increase customer awareness, preference and purchase intent for sales improvement
- Timely, accurate reporting to Senior Management using systematic and thoughtful analysis methods, understanding the reasons behind the conclusions, proposing an appropriate action plan that is measurable and setting timelines for implementation
- Able to centralize resources available and align with other departments to make your operation more productive
- Degree in Sciences (Bioscience/Biotech/Life Sciences) or related discipline
- 5-8 years successfully with sales management through implementing distribution business channels, international business environment in related industry
- Ability to travel within the region
