Responsibilities:
- To provide sales and operations support with regards to the technical service divisions
- Prepare Technical sales quotations and update information to the company's system
- Sales and purchase order planning duties including order processing both for customers and suppliers respectively (both local and overseas) and follow up of all sales and purchase orders
- Perform shipment coordination with suppliers, vendors, 3rd party forwarders/transporters and customers
- Maintain and prompt follow up of job scheduling and assignments for Service Engineers
- Maintain record and attend to technical service enquiries and running job status
- Handle customers enquiries, including general calls, faxes and emails and correspondences
- Manage supplier orders and shipment fulfillment to meet customer's demands
- Manage technical service tools for periodic maintenance and calibration
- Responsible for managing credit collections related to technical service division
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in engineering/technical service/computer science/business administration
- At least 4 years relevant working experience in sales support functions
- Knowledge of shipping and freight with experience in customer service will be advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office
