Job Description
- Provide global application maintenance service to users on company supported SAP Business Applications
- Provide global application maintenance support service to users via email and phone based on company methodologies, standard and tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents for SAP standard applications and company specific developments
- Serve as liaison among user and global application maintenance colleagues in other regions
- Write and maintain Help Desk documentation within the IT Service Management System, document resolutions for future reference (known error)
- Conduct testing of application changes, prepare test data and document test results
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience
- In-depth knowledge of SAP-FICO modules with strong CO experience
- Experience with New GL, S/4 Finance is an added advantage
- Conversant with relevant knowledge of business processes
- Basic knowledge of ITIL best practices (IT infrastructure library)
- Good work life balance/ No travelling required
