- Sales Order Processing: Configuring and managing the sales order cycle, including order creation, pricing, availability checks, delivery, and billing.
- Pricing and Discounts: Configuring and maintaining pricing procedures, conditions, and discounts based on business requirements.
- Customer Relationship Management: Managing customer master data, handling inquiries, complaints, and returns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Integration: Collaborating with other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management) and FI (Financial Accounting) to ensure seamless integration of processes.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports, analysing sales data, and providing insights to support decision-making processes.
- User Training and Support: Conducting user training sessions, providing support, and troubleshooting issues related to SAP SD.
- Skills Service Order Management: Configuring and managing service order processes, including creation, planning, scheduling, and execution of service orders.
- Service Contracts: Setting up and maintaining service contracts, including pricing, billing, and renewal processes.
- Service Notification and Request Management: Handling customer inquiries, service requests, and complaints through service notifications and ensuring their timely resolution.
- Resource Planning: Assigning service technicians, tools, and spare parts to service orders based on availability and skill sets.
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management: Monitoring and managing SLAs, tracking service performance, and ensuring adherence to service level commitments.
- Integration: Collaborating with other SAP modules such as PM (Plant Maintenance) and CS (Customer Service) for seamless integration of service management processes.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generating service-related reports, analysing data, and providing insights to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- User Training and Support: Conducting user training sessions, providing support, and troubleshooting issues related to SAP SM.
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of SAP project/consulting experience.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP, specifically SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and SAP SM (Service Management).
- Experience in vendor management and consulting.
- Experience in managing sales and service processes.
