Job Responsibilities:
SAP SD:
- Manage the entire sales process, including creating sales orders, processing deliveries, and handling invoicing.
- Configure and maintain pricing procedures, discounts, and promotions for products and services.
- Handle customer master data, inquiries, and resolve order and delivery issues.
- Monitor stock levels, track goods movement, and manage product availability.
- Coordinate shipment activities and handle transportation logistics for deliveries.
- Generate customer invoices, credit/debit memos, and manage billing processes.
- Create and analyze sales reports to gain insights into sales performance and trends.
SAP FSCM:
- Evaluate and manage customer credit limits, assess credit risk, and establish credit policies.
- Monitor and manage customer accounts receivables, handle dunning processes, and collections strategies.
- Handle customer disputes and manage the resolution process promptly.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk to optimize financial positions.
- Handle centralized cash management and optimize bank communication processes.
- Optimize cash positions, plan liquidity, and manage cash transactions.
- Implement electronic invoicing and payment methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Job Qualification:
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
