Job Responsibilities:
SAP SD:

• Manage the entire sales process, including creating sales orders, processing deliveries, and handling invoicing.
• Configure and maintain pricing procedures, discounts, and promotions for products and services.
• Handle customer master data, inquiries, and resolve order and delivery issues.
• Monitor stock levels, track goods movement, and manage product availability.
• Coordinate shipment activities and handle transportation logistics for deliveries.
• Generate customer invoices, credit/debit memos, and manage billing processes.
• Create and analyze sales reports to gain insights into sales performance and trends.

SAP FSCM:

• Evaluate and manage customer credit limits, assess credit risk, and establish credit policies.
• Monitor and manage customer accounts receivables, handle dunning processes, and collections strategies.
• Handle customer disputes and manage the resolution process promptly.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk to optimize financial positions.
• Handle centralized cash management and optimize bank communication processes.
• Optimize cash positions, plan liquidity, and manage cash transactions.
• Implement electronic invoicing and payment methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Qualification:

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
