In the SAP SD module, as a professional, you will:

Configure and manage the sales order cycle, handling order creation, pricing, availability checks, delivery, and billing.
Set up pricing procedures, conditions, and discounts based on business needs.
Manage customer master data, address inquiries, complaints, and returns to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other SAP modules, such as MM and FI, to ensure smooth process integration.
Generate reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to support decision-making.
Conduct user training sessions, offer support, and troubleshoot SAP SD-related issues.

For SAP SM, your responsibilities will include:

Configuring and managing service order processes, including creation, planning, scheduling, and execution.
Setting up and maintaining service contracts, including pricing, billing, and renewal.
Handling customer inquiries, service requests, and complaints through service notifications and ensuring timely resolution.
Assigning service technicians, tools, and spare parts to service orders based on availability and skill sets.
Monitoring and managing service level agreements (SLAs), tracking service performance, and ensuring adherence to commitments.
Collaborating with other SAP modules, such as PM and CS, for seamless integration of service management processes.
Generating service-related reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Conducting user training sessions, providing support, and troubleshooting SAP SM-related issues.

Requirements:

5+ years experience in related field.
