Job description:

• Responsible for processing various types of badges for employees;
• Responbible for granting and adjusting different access rights to employees in Lenel system;
• Perform root cause investigation for badge issues, such as badge loss and compensation, replacement, extension, etc.;
• Attend to and follow up with queries through on-call service and different platforms;
• Conduct regular badge status review/survey to avoid potential risks and compliance issues;
• Provide training to the stakeholders, coordinate with different stakeholders to improve badge process and user experience;
• Deliver and contribute to the continuous improvement of badge processes and enhance work efficiency.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience with familiarity in Lenel OnGuard system
• Badge processing experience is a plus
• Possesses solid problem-solving skills, good communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and willing to take initiative in process optimization
