Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall new product launching, introduce the new product with clearly defined benefits, target consumer demographic and lifestyle segments
• Develop brand strategy including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales according to main plan and needs/requests from sales team to improve sales outcome
• Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
• Organize certification courses, workshops or lectures
• Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
• Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
• Analyze sales performances, competitive environment, consumer trends, summarized then present the info to management for future plan adjustments.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, branding or product launch experience.
• Experience in healthcare or FMCG industries is preferred
