Responsibilities:

  • Understand business processes and turn them into functional specifications.
  • Track and report project progress, issues, and risks to keep things on track.
  • Support various application systems and platforms.
  • Follow company, project, and support standards and guidelines.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT application delivery and support.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication, especially in technical writing.
  • Deep understanding of business needs and an interest in process improvement.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and writing SQL queries.
