Deliver prompt and efficient service to order processing via Call Center hotline, email and Fax order
Timely and accurate processing of orders received through the order hotline and faxes
Adhere to order processing procedures
Co-ordinate the flow of information between customers, principals, warehouse and delivery team concerning orders / delivery arrangements
Verify and analyze information provided. Resolve issues on the spot whenever possible, otherwise assign task to relevant departments for resolution or rectification of feedback.
Timely feedback of all problems and issues from Customers and Clients
Provide admininistrative support when necessary. E.g. Filing, data entry, retrieval of documents, or any other duties assigned.
Strict adherence and compliance to ISO procedures.
Any other tasks that may be assigned.
Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma preferred
Good verbal, communication and interpersonal skills
Call centre experience preferred OR
Experience in customer service/customer support role advantageous
