Job:

  • Deliver prompt and efficient service to order processing via Call Center hotline, email and Fax order

  • Timely and accurate processing of orders received through the order hotline and faxes

  • Adhere to order processing procedures

  • Co-ordinate the flow of information between customers, principals, warehouse and delivery team concerning orders / delivery arrangements

  • Verify and analyze information provided. Resolve issues on the spot whenever possible, otherwise assign task to relevant departments for resolution or rectification of feedback.

  • Timely feedback of all problems and issues from Customers and Clients

  • Provide admininistrative support when necessary. E.g. Filing, data entry, retrieval of documents, or any other duties assigned.

  • Strict adherence and compliance to ISO procedures.

  • Any other tasks that may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma preferred

  • Good verbal, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Call centre experience preferred OR

  • Experience in customer service/customer support role advantageous
