Job Description
- Provide initial design for client / Developer review
- Support the drafters and BIM modelers to ensure the drawings and models comply with the design and specifications
- Checking of desgn according to the Industry Standards and within the agreed boundaries of quality, schedule and costs
- Assist project department in solving design related matters
- Coordination with Main / Sub Con for project development process
- Ensure design and drawing approval
- Coordination with authorities for updates and submission of project design
Requirement
- Degree holder
- Above 4 years of Civil or Structural design experience in construction Consultant industry (Within Singapore)
- Familiar with Design Software
- Able to interpret C/S drawings
- No Quota for foreigner
