The Job
- User Functional requirements gathering, impact and gap analysis and consultation
- Functional specification documentation
- Project, stakeholder, vendor management
- New application / Report development, enhancement, implementation, cutover and post-implementation support
- System parameter setup and maintenance
- System Master Data maintenance
- Support users testing and operational guides documentation
- Provide ad-hoc support and queries to end-users
- Troubleshoot and fixing of IT application/reporting/desktop/services problem
- Maintenance of project artefacts and documentation
- Assist in IT Audit
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
- Experience into IT Operations, Data server, Hardware and Network is compulsory
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Posses good interpersonal skill and communication skill
- Result oriented and Can-do attitude
- 1 year agency contract (convertible depending on performance)
- Location: Tampines
