• Develop real estate strategies to achieve maximum and best use for APAC properties portfolio
• Conceptualise strategies and secure quality occupants for properties progression
• Guiding and driving of team members to perform all leasing and Marketing activities
• Positioning and branding of properties portfolio
• Create a strategic growth plan and a tactical expansion plan for mix portfolio
• Establish suitability of sites through financial Modelling, financial analysis, feasibility studies and market research
• Streamline lease management standard operating procedures
• Maximise rental income and occupancy of properties

Requirement

• Degree holder
• Above 7 years of Leasing experience within Property industry, preferably from Landlord background
• Leasing and Tenancy working experience in Singapore and Asia
• Familiar with Strategic planning and ability to lead a vast team
• Strong network with local tenant and agencies
