Job Description:

• Analyse technical requirement, perform network design, planning and setup of network systems
• Provide network operation support, problem determination, troubleshoot network incidents and escalate to vendor and management accordingly
• Lead and improve network design and implementation of network solution
• Manage the inventory of network devices
• Maintain network performance by performing network monitoring, analysis, and fine tuning
• Create and maintain documentation related to network configuration, policies, procedures and service records
• Participate and provide technical support in network implementation projects wherever and whenever required
• Regularly communicate both verbally and in writing in Bahasa Indonesia with non-English speaking counterparts in Indonesia to help execute on important strategic initiatives / drive operational scale and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Able to communicate (written & spoken) in fluent Bahasa Indonesia (business language proficiency level required (unggul/Sangat Unggul/Istemewa grade) in UKBI or equivalent certifications) as the incumbent is expected to communicate both verbally and in writing with non-English speaking counterparts in Indonesia.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science/ Information Technology or relevant field
• Minimum 5 years hand on experience in deploying Core, Spine and Leaf switches
• Strong technical knowledge of switching and routing like VLAN, STP, MLAG, OSPF, BGP, HSRP, NAT
• Experience in Cisco Nexus, Juniper, A10, Fortinet, Palo Alto
• Exposure to Software Define Network
• Good understanding of office network architecture and services
• Systems administration experience with Linux
• Network related certification (e.g CCNP/CCIE) is a plus
• Able to manage multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision
• Good communication and coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders
• May be required to provide on-call support
