Responsibilities
- Working with customers on projects and technical solutions producing configuration and installation documentation, carrying out network design, specification and configuration.
- Troubleshooting network problems Researching specific solutions and projects,
- Managing network changes in accordance with any required change management process,
- Providing 3rd line technical support.
Skillset
- Cisco qualifications in routing, switching (desirable); at least 5 years hands on
- Any experience working alongside voice
- Experience working with China ISP's and latency- good to have
- Experience in Set up of VPN's, Cloud,
- VXLAN
- Able to debate config of the region at a global level
