• Support production activities and release batch sheets to compounders
• Ensure efficiently in existing production processes and procedures
• Responsible to propose changes to improve the productivity and efficiency to minimize risks to reduce costs & wastage to improve the quality and consistency of final products
• Work with relevant departments ensuring that production equipment are well maintained and operating at optimum performance with minimum downtime
• Ensure that production area are kept clean and all necessary safety measures and guidelines are in place and adhered to, to comply with safety regulations
• Support in investigating and reporting on production-related issues
• Train Production compounders to enhance their competencies and skills in compounding to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity with Key Performance Indicators for the various individual's record
• Prepare reports so that production performance can be tracked and analyzed
• Supervision and support on production activities such as compounding fragrances, cosmetic ingredients, mint and SOM production
• Ensure that all production processes & equipment are maintained
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Production Management
