 Drive retail sales of brands distributed by Company.

 Develop sales strategies with marketing teams to achieve growth objective in both retail stores and digital channels.

 Maintain retail operations SOP to ensure quality customer experience in stores.

 Work with stakeholders to establish and maintain excellent retails processes.

 Open new counters and support new product launches to drive retail sales.

 Perform regular visits to retail counters to ensure smooth operation.

 Ensure stock availability by arranging for stock replenishment in order to facilitate sales target achievement.

 Support daily operation tasks for departmental and retail stores such as monthly stock take, visual merchandising, CRM program, complaint handling, etc.

 Ensure that marketing mechanics by marketing teams are translated to the sales floor at the stores.

 Develop and maintain strong partnerships with retail partners.

 Possibly supervise and lead a team of retail staff at counters over time with the growth in the retail channel.





 Diploma / Degree

 3 to 5 years of experience in retail operations role in the beauty industry

 Sales-driven and results-oriented

 Positive and pleasant disposition

 Good presentation and communication skills

 Team player who is also capable of working independently

 Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment





 Meets sales target for retail channel.

 Operational efficiency for retail channel.

 Builds and maintains strong business relationships with retail partners.
