Drive retail sales of brands distributed by Company.
Develop sales strategies with marketing teams to achieve growth objective in both retail stores and digital channels.
Maintain retail operations SOP to ensure quality customer experience in stores.
Work with stakeholders to establish and maintain excellent retails processes.
Open new counters and support new product launches to drive retail sales.
Perform regular visits to retail counters to ensure smooth operation.
Ensure stock availability by arranging for stock replenishment in order to facilitate sales target achievement.
Support daily operation tasks for departmental and retail stores such as monthly stock take, visual merchandising, CRM program, complaint handling, etc.
Ensure that marketing mechanics by marketing teams are translated to the sales floor at the stores.
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with retail partners.
Possibly supervise and lead a team of retail staff at counters over time with the growth in the retail channel.
Diploma / Degree
3 to 5 years of experience in retail operations role in the beauty industry
Sales-driven and results-oriented
Positive and pleasant disposition
Good presentation and communication skills
Team player who is also capable of working independently
Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
